Returns are accepted in 7 days.
Buyers pay return postage.
Refund - money back or replacement.
Policy:
If a customer has received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we allow them both the choice of a refund or a replacement at no extra cost to the purchaser. We are responsible for the return postage if the item is damaged or not as described in the listing. We require to send us a photo of the damaged item before send it back.
To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original bouquet upon delivery of your resend. Returns and payment will be processed within 24-48 hours ones the returned goods received. Payment will be credited back to the original PayPal account used to purchase the order.
Buyers are responsible for postage costs themselves for remorse returns and will be charged 10% restocking or other administrative fees. If the item is not returned as the original, a revised amount may apply.
